ABOUT THE TOUR COMMITTEE

The Tour Committee of Teachers Training College B.Ed., Aalo functions under the academic and regulatory framework of Rajiv Gandhi University (RGU), Doimukh and the experiential learning guidelines of ERC–NCTE, New Delhi. It is entrusted with planning and administering educational, cultural, and exposure tours that extend learning beyond classroom boundaries.

The committee ensures that all tours are academically relevant, financially transparent, and safely executed. It prepares structured itineraries combining educational enrichment with cultural immersion, helping trainees gain hands-on understanding of communities, institutions, and diverse learning environments.

In alignment with RGU’s academic calendar and NCTE’s field engagement norms, the committee secures all necessary permissions, safety measures, and institutional approvals before finalizing any tour. Detailed documentation, expenditure reports, and reflective learning outputs are maintained for audit and academic review.

Through experiential exposure, the Tour Committee fosters pedagogical curiosity, intercultural understanding, and social awareness, helping trainees evolve into insightful, responsible, and community-oriented educators.
