ABOUT THE FEEDBACK COMMITTEE

The Feedback Committee of Teachers Training College (B.Ed.), Aalo functions as a statutory quality-assurance body constituted in alignment with Rajiv Gandhi University (RGU), Doimukh, and the regulatory standards of ERC–NCTE, New Delhi. It plays a pivotal role in collecting, analyzing, and implementing stakeholder feedback for continuous academic improvement and institutional accountability.

The committee systematically gathers feedback from students, alumni, faculty, parents, and external stakeholders using structured tools such as questionnaires, online surveys, and confidential response systems. These inputs cover curriculum quality, teaching-learning processes, infrastructure, governance, faculty performance, and institutional functioning.

All feedback is subjected to analytical and statistical processing, enabling the committee to prepare comprehensive reports for the Principal, IQAC, and Academic Council for further deliberation and action. The committee also maintains detailed documentation for inspections, audits, RGU affiliation requirements, and NCTE verification visits.

Through systematic evaluation, transparent processes, and structured follow-up actions, the Feedback Committee ensures reflective governance, academic enhancement, and a culture of quality sustenance in teacher education.

OBJECTIVES OF THE FEEDBACK COMMITTEE
  1. To establish a structured and evidence-based feedback system aligned with RGU and NCTE quality standards.
  2. To collect comprehensive feedback from students, alumni, faculty, parents, and stakeholders.
  3. To analyze feedback using qualitative and quantitative methods ensuring data accuracy and confidentiality.
  4. To support improvements in curriculum, pedagogy, governance, and institutional infrastructure.
  5. To maintain feedback records, repositories, and audit-ready documentation for regulatory compliance.
  6. To recommend corrective measures and follow-up actions based on stakeholder inputs and academic needs.
  7. To collaborate with IQAC and statutory bodies for data-driven decisions and quality enhancement.
  8. To promote transparency through feedback dissemination and institutional response reporting.
FUNCTIONS OF THE FEEDBACK COMMITTEE
  1. To develop, revise, and administer structured feedback instruments such as questionnaires and online forms.
  2. To collect feedback from multiple stakeholders ensuring fairness, inclusivity, and procedural accuracy.
  3. To conduct empirical and interpretative data analysis for evaluating academic and institutional effectiveness.
  4. To submit detailed feedback reports to the Principal and IQAC for academic review and policy adjustment.
  5. To coordinate review meetings and audits that enable corrective and quality enhancement measures.
  6. To maintain authenticated feedback archives for RGU, NCTE, and institutional compliance requirements.
  7. To coordinate follow-up actions with departments ensuring proper implementation of suggested improvements.
  8. To disseminate summarized feedback findings and institutional actions through reports and official platforms.
